Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us, so we promise never to share, sell, or rent your information with ANYONE.
Orders
Your order form must be complete for a transaction to go through. Please be sure that your billing information is current with your credit card company-- recent changes due to moving to a new address or a change in legal name can result in a declined charge. Please make sure that your address is complete (lower, back, #32, etc.).
If we do not have your correct email and telephone contact information, we will not be able to let you know if there is a problem with your order. We will e-mail first, and call only if necessary.
We typically pack and ship orders quickly, either the on same day the order is received, or on the next business day. At times, our web site might show an item or color choice that has been sold out or is not currently available. If there is any problem filling your order, we will contact you within 24 hours to explain the situation and consider possible backorders or alternate choices. We will never charge your credit card for any items that are not shipped to you.
Shipping Methods within the U.S.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Our standard shipping method is via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail service, which generally takes 2-3 business days to reach you after it has been shipped. We will ship out your order as soon as possible, but depending on where you live and the time of year (such as during the holiday season), it may take 1-2 weeks to get to you. Packages are insured against damage caused in transit.
RUSH SHIPPING
Our "rush" service is via US Postal Service Express Mail. USPS Express Mail service is usually a next-day service, but it can take longer in certain parts of the United States. We cannot guarantee overnight shipment to all locations-- if you are concerned about receiving your shipment by a certain time, please call us at 414-906-5304 to discuss delivery options.
Orders placed after 2pm Central Standard Time may ship out the next business day via Express service, and will thus take an extra day to get to you. Rush orders placed before 2pm CST will be shipped the same business day and should reach you the next day (excluding weekends and hoilidays). Please give us a call if you have any questions regarding rush service.
GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Packages will be discreet and will come in either a plain brown box or a US Postal Service issued box. The name "The Tool Shed" will appear in small type in the return address area, but the box will otherwise bear no conspicuous markings.
Depending on the value or type of order, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely and to ensure your privacy.
It is up to you to know what crazy laws exist in your area. We are not responsible for items that authorities decide are to be confiscated. We can not be held accountable for items that are illegal in your state.
In the event of a package return due to improper address or other problem, we may have to charge the customer to ship it again.
Shipping Costs
Shipping will be figured according to the total item(s) cost, and will be included in your final total.
Standard shipping charges (U.S Postal Priority Mail Service):
Orders up to $30.00: $7.95
Order total from $30.01 to $60.00: $9.95
Order total from $60.01 to $100.00: $11.95
Order total from $100.01 to 150.00: $13.95
Order total over $150.00: free standard shipping
RUSH via U.S. Postal Express Mail service-- orders placed before 2pm CST will ship out the same day. After 2pm CST, they will ship out the following day. Items will not ship out on weekends or holidays.

International orders
We have recently added international shipping to Canada as well as to the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and a number of European countries.
Keep in mind that we must declare the value of each item shipped. Depending on the trade laws of your country, there may be substantial tariffs and fees associated with ordering products from abroad. Any customs, taxes, or tariff fees that may arise are the responsibility of the buyer when you retrieve your package.
It is up to you to know what customs laws exist in your country. We are not responsible for items that are considered illegal in your country or are otherwise confiscated by authorities. On customs forms, we must describe each item; in these instances, we will use generic terms such as "rubber toy," "leather belt," or "lotion."

We use a tracking number from the U.S. Postal Service shows when your order has left the United States. Depending on where you live, the postal authorities may or may not choose to use the tracking number to continue to track the package. Once an order has left the U.S., we are no longer responsible for loss or nondelivery.

International shipping charges to Canada (via U.S Postal International Priority Mail or First Class Mail International, depending on size of the item):

Shipping is done whenever possible via US Postal International Priority Mail Service. It is the least expensive shipping method that still allows us to include a tracking number for your package. Depending on where you live, the postal authorities may or may not choose to use the tracking number to continue to track the package. Once an order has left the U.S., we are no longer responsible for loss or nondelivery.
Returns policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless an item is defective. We test all battery-operated items before shipping to make sure they work. We do not offer cash refunds on any item. In the event that your electronic toy is defective, you may only exchange it for a replacement. You must contact us before returning a defective item, within 2 weeks of purchase. You must have the original store invoice and product packaging.
An exception to this rule is in the case of Underworks chest binders. Underworks binders may be returned or exchanged for another size within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:
1. The binder must have all tags attached and must be like new-- we will not accept any binders that are stained or in any other way show wear.
2. The binder must be returned in the bag it originally came in.
3. You must return the binder to us in secure packaging, and contact us via email or telephone (contact info below) to let us know you are returning the item. Return shipping is your responsibility. You may wish to add a tracking number to your package to help ensure its delivery.
4. In the case of replacement, we will ship another size to you upon receipt of your returned binder.
5. In the case of refund, we will credit your card (minus any shipping charges) once we receive the binder and can verify that the above conditions for return are met.
