After a long hiatus, our monthly T Time programming will be returning on January 22, 2023!

To get us up and running once more, we're excited to host a free panel discussion featuring local trans folks who will speak about the joys and challenges of navigating sex and pleasure. The panel will be moderated by The Tool Shed's own Shaan Lashun.  Full event details are listed below!

We're super excited to welcome folks back to T Time on a regular basis. T Time offers a relaxed space for trans and non-binary folks to ask questions and learn about the products we sell. Partners and loved ones of trans and non-binary people are also welcome during T Time.

T Time begins before our regular store hours, so visitors can enjoy a more private and focused shopping experience. In addition, T Time features presentations and discussions of interest to trans, non-binary, and gender creative folks and their loved ones.

*Please bear in mind that in addition to offering gender expression products and services, The Tool Shed's physical location is a sexuality boutique that is focused on sexual wellness products. T Time is Tool Shed’s monthly space exclusively for trans, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming people and their loved ones.

Trans folks have a right to enjoy sex, pleasure, and gender euphoria in whatever ways work for them. While some feel able to enjoy their bodies, for others it can be more challenging. For January, we’re talking with local trans folks about their experiences! Join us for a discussion on navigating sex and pleasure as trans people – including tips, tricks, and favorite toys. T Time also offers specialized shopping time for trans and non-binary customers who have in-depth questions about our gender identity products. Tool Shed staff will be available to offer insight and help with sizing measurements for bras, binders, etc.

Moderating this panel is Shaan Lashun (he/they), one of the Tool Shed’s newest staff! In addition to his role at Tool Shed as a kink/sexuality educator, Shaan runs the Milwaukee Queer Munch – a monthly gathering for queer and trans kinksters (and the curious/exploring). He’s also the organizer behind Virtual Bootblack Jam, sharing his passion for boots and leather care with anyone who will listen. Shaan’s experience in sex education and trans wellness has included work with organizations and conferences nationwide, such as the Philadelphia Trans Health Conference, NYC Department of Health, the George Washington University, and Grindr.
