The Cellblock 13 High Bar Harness is made of high-quality, smooth and stretchy neoprene rubber with adjustable straps. The straps come down your torso, connecting to either your jeans or to any CB13 underwear or jock w/ D-rings (sold separately). All black metal hardware adjusts to fit.
