Party In My Pants (PIMPs) are thin, comfortable, reusable, and easy-to-use cloth menstrual pads. They are machine washable, dryer friendly, and take quite a bit of the burden off our landfills and natural resources as compared to disposables. Large works great for people with a moderate to heavy menstrual flow. It's a wide pad with generous surface area and is very versatile. Extra surface area makes the Large more absorbent if you need it, but not thick or bulky when you don't. Large is especially recommended if you like a more ample cut panty, like boy-cut briefs.
