Transform Natural Look breast forms are a wonderful starting place for those who are ready to try a silicone breast form.

This triangle style is elongated, with tapered wings that get gradually thinner to blend smoothly to the chest. The wider shape gives more fullness on the sides. The apex and the nipple are lower, and the belly of the form is wider for more fullness at the bottom of the cup. The Transform Natural Look Triangle has a lighter colored internal nipple than the other Transform breast forms. Available in sizes 4, 6, 8, & 10 in beige (light skin tone) or sable (dark skin tone).

Details: Symmetrical to fit either side of the body. Best if worn with the smallest curve at the top (not meant to be turned in different directions). Lower apex and nipple to match the drape of a natural breast. Sold in pairs only.

For extra security when worn in regular bra, Transform recommends their Double-Sided tape (sold separately) to help hold your forms in place against your skin. When choosing a form size, it is best to consider your body type and your bra band size.
