The Sperm Stopper with Frenulum Ball is designed to be worn with the ring around the glans (head) of the penis, with the movable bead-capped arm inserted into the urethral opening (pee hole).  The second ball at the hinge can be placed against the frenulum for additional stimulation.

This item made of high-quality surgical steel. It has a 1-inch diameter ring with two 8mm balls: one on each end of the barbell portion. The ring is about 8 gauge in thickness.
